If you choose to deliver with Click & Collect, you will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for collection from us in Norderstedt. This usually takes 2-4 working days. When picking up your order, please bring the confirmation email we sent with you.

Bulky goods shipping
For bulky goods delivery, deliverable items will be with you within 1-3 working days. Please note that if you return bulky items, you may incur significant additional costs. If you would like to receive exact prices for returns in advance, please contact us via hello@rollei.de.
Please note that bulky goods shipments cannot be delivered to a Packstation via DPD.
Delivery to packing stations
Delivery to packing stations
Notification via email/SMS or via push notification in your DHL app about shipment receipt. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments will be redirected to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be placed in the packing station.
Please note that deliveries to packing stations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments with DPD, GLS and bulky items cannot therefore be delivered to packing stations.
